I will never understand

why people choose to advertise this way?
I have seen some poor soul doing it every day this week on my drive home from work.
I just don't get it.

While we are on the subject... I really don't understand these either? Especially these days when gas is so pricey and everyone (should be) focused on lowering their carbon emissions!

Is it even worth it?? Does it really work??
