I know you have all been dying to know what my other delicious cheese and cracker snack is.
May I introduce to you....
crackers,
cheese
and
marshmallows
Divide a cheese slice into 4 pieces. Place each piece onto a saltine cracker. Top with 3 mini or 1/2 a large marshmallow.
Place under the broiler until the marshmallows are toasted and the cheese is melted.
Don't knock it 'til you try it.

hmmm.. haven't had those in a long time. I need to get some cheese and then we'll indulge. yum.
